Jill McCormick, PT, ATC, ART, PT Director of SOL Santa Cruz

Jill McCormick, PT, ATC, ART, PT Director of SOL Santa Cruz, has been practicing physical therapy since 1995, and athletic training since 1999.  She graduated from the University of Missouri with her PT degree and from Columbia College with her athletic training certification.  Her specialties include orthopedics, functional and postural rehab, and manual therapy.  Her skills include Active Release Technique (ART), Ortho-Bionomy, Kinesio taping and custom foot orthotics. 

Jill started her own practice, Excel Physical Therapy & Fitness Center, in Missouri in 1999 and continues to run that practice remotely.  In 2005, she moved to Chicago to experience "city life" and practiced PT there for 5 years, and in 2010 she moved to Santa Cruz to be close to her family. 

Jill is passionate in her work and her goal is to get the root cause of her patients' injuries.  In working through several athletic injuries and surgeries herself, and keeping current with continuing education throughout her career, she has become an elite physical therapist.
