Hi, I have been suffering from knee pain for 12 years now, i am 25 and have been suffering since i was 13.my doctors believe i have runners knee. I have done everything from physical therapy to wearing braces on my knee, and custom shoes to better the problem, my doctors will not recommend surgery cause of my age. I was wondering if there is anything else that i can do to help with the pain, i already take flexural and an anti-inflammatory for it and they only mask the pain.
thank you
