AB 783 was granted reconsideration & we need your help!

June 15th, 2011

Yesterday we informed you that AB 783 was heard in the State Senate Committee on Monday, June 13th and was defeated with 2 no votes, 3 yes votes and 4 abstentions.  We also let you know that we would keep you posted when the bill will be reheard.  AB 783 was granted reconsideration and has been scheduled for a second hearing on Monday, June 20th.

We need every physical therapist, patient and friend to contact the members of Senate Business and Professions and URGE opposition to this bill.  Click here for a list of committee members and their contact information.  Fax the attached letter of opposition to your Senators capitol office today!   This fight can only be won with your help!  Please take five minutes to make a phone call and fax a letter for the physical therapy profession!  E-mail info@solpt.com if you would like to have a sample letter sent to you.
