We are proud to offer three uniquely challenging group performance classes. Our classes are designed with Functional Training methods. Functional Training prepares you for life’s challenges – whether it’s lifting, running, or squatting. Functional training and exercises focus on simultaneously using multiple muscles and joints to improve muscular endurance, overall strength, coordination, balance, posture and agility. The program will deliver a challenging, effective and fun full-body workout and prepare your body for everyday, real world activities. We have 3 great options to provide you just that.
