New study says chiropractor & exercise are better than medication at reducing pain

Are you or someone you know suffering from chronic pain?  If so, you will definitely want to check out this article entitled, “Chiropractors and Exercise are Better than Drugs”.  A study conducted by the Annals of Internal Medicine followed 272 patients for 12 weeks.  Of those patients, 32% who received chiropractic care became pain free compared to only 13% of those treated with medication.  The article also discusses the benefits of exercise in reducing pain and gives examples of strength exercises that can be used to target neck pain as well as other natural remedies for reducing pain.  Check it out!… Read Entire Article
