Group TRX/Kettlebell Classes
SOL SANTA CRUZ is proud to offer two uniquely challenging group performance classes.
Our classes are designed with Functional Training methods. Functional Training prepares you for life’s challenges – whether it’s lifting, running, or squatting. Functional training and exercises focus on simultaneously using multiple muscles and joints to improve muscular endurance, overall strength, coordination, balance, posture and agility. The program will deliver a challenging, effective and fun full-body workout and prepare your body for everyday, real world activities. We have 2 great options to provide you just that.

Unsure which class you should start out with? No worries. After you register, our trainer will personally give you a call to discuss your goals and suggest which class will best meet your needs.
We keep the groups small so you get our attention. Limited to 10
people. All classes are held at our new outdoor training area. Please
note, for safety reasons classes will be canceled if it is raining.
Your 8 classes must be used in a 3 month time frame.
One-on-One Performance Training
If you prefer a more individualized program, let SOL Performance Training help you achieve your goals. Every session will be tailored to your exact needs, whether your goals be weight loss, muscle gain, or performance increases. These sessions will be progressed according to your abilities so that you are pushed to your next level regardless of your fitness experience.
