Group TRX/Kettlebell Performance Training

Group TRX/Kettlebell Performance Training is designed for those who are ready for the next level of fitness beyond the Group TRX Strength Training class.
  • Classes will focus on further gains in full body strength, body control, speed, explosive power, and aerobic endurance

TRX-Group-Class.pngThe TRX Suspension Trainer is a lightweight, portable device used to perform a variety of leveraged body weight exercises, created by U.S. Navy SEALS. Every exercise on the TRX suspension trainer will engage the core while strengthening the extremities, increasing power, flexibility, mobility, stability and help to prevent injuries. This method of training is for the individual who is looking for a fun and challenging total body workout using one outstanding device. This class works your body as a machine…it’s all about stability and power. We will get you rock solid!

 
Kettlebells.jpgA kettlebell is a cast-iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch and the clean jerk engage the entire body at once, and in a way, mimics real world activities.

Cost: $100 for 8 classes

We keep the groups small so you get our attention. Limited to 10 people.  All classes are held at our new outdoor training area.  Please note, for safety reasons classes will be canceled if it is raining.  Your 8 classes must be used in a 3 month time frame.
