Transition from physical therapy to full fitness, gaining strength and preparing your body for greater challenges with our Group TRX/Kettlebell Strength Training class.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is a lightweight, portable device used to
perform a variety of leveraged body weight exercises, created by U.S.
Navy SEALS. Every exercise on the TRX suspension trainer will engage
the core while strengthening the extremities, increasing power,
flexibility, mobility, stability and help to prevent injuries. This
method of training is for the individual who is looking for a fun and
challenging total body workout using one outstanding device.
A kettlebell is a cast-iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch and the clean jerk engage the entire body at once, and in a way, mimics real world activities.
